I would like to give my compliments and gratitude to Joe for the good job he has done on my carpets. I have ivory colored carpets in my home, and they show the dirt very easily. I also have a big white furry Persian cat. She has had some accidents vomiting on the rugs. I had one stain that was red, that I had put several carpet cleaners on to clean it. They couldn't get it out so I tried soap and bleach on it and I still couldn't get it out. I tried everything with no good results. Joe came and treated the spot and it all came out. The previous tenant had a convenience store of some sort, and the floor was very dirty. I suspect a coffee pot and related drippings had the carpet looking very bad. Our carpet, which is very old, now looks much better. They even cleaned stains off of several chairs for us. Highly recommended.
